Academia Internacional de Gastronomia distingue João Sá como "Chef do Futuro"

A Academia Internacional de Gastronomia atribuiu ainda os prémios de “Sommelier” a Gonçalo Patraquim do grupo Plateform, e de “Chef Pasteleiro” a Davide Cunha da Confeitaria Nacional. O prémio “Literatura Gastronómica” foi entregue a Maria Lecticia Cavalcanti pelo livro “A Mesa de Deus” e a José Eduardo Franco e Isabel Drumond Braga, pelo livro “História Global da Alimentação Portuguesa”. O prémio “Multimédia” foi para Augusto Freitas de Sousa pelo programa “Boa Vida” da rádio TSF.

World Travel Awards 2024: Portugal conquista 31 prémios na gala europeia

Madeira, Porto Santo, Lisboa e Porto foram eleitos os melhores da Europa nas categorias Melhor Destino Insular, Melhor Destino de Praia, Melhor Destino Urbano e Melhor Destino Metropolitano à Beira-Mar, respetivamente.  

Braga conquistou o prémio de Destino Emergente, e os Açores foram considerados o Melhor Destino de Aventura. Os Passadiços do Paiva foram distinguidos novamente com o galardão de Melhor Atração Turística do Mundo no segmento Aventura. A TAP foi considerada a melhor companhia aérea da Europa para viajar com destino à América do Sul e África.
